We are happy to welcome you back and our commitment to everyone's safety is paramount during these times. While following Covid 19 guidelines, our services, protocols and regulations have changed. Please read the following to be prepared before your visit.


Please reschedule your appointment if you

  • Have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or shortness of breath

  • Are a close contact

  • of a person who tested positive for COVID-19

  • All visitors are asked to use hand sanitizer and wash your hands before and after your service.

  • Please practice physical distancing within our spa

Now Booking appointments

  • We are now taking appointments via on-line, phone or texting us at 905-884-3222

  • Cancelation Policy will be in full effect this means to not show up for you appointment will result in a 100% charge

  • Hours of Operation have changed. We are open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 4pm. We are open Tuesdays for private appointments only.

We can no longer perform services at the same time with two service provides working on you

  • We are only permitted to have one on one contact. This means two people cannot perform your manicure and pedicure at the same time. Be prepared for longer appointment times

Before you arrive

  • Please confirm your appointment once you have received our reminder text

  • Masks are worn by all

  • Temperatures will be taken

  • We ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided, directly followed by hand washing 

  • Please come alone and travel light

  • Outside food and drink are not allowed other then water /bottle 

  • Cell phones must be sanitized with the swipes We advise not to touch or use your phone during your service. This is due to your service provider having to touch your hand. Ear buds are definitely encouraged.

During your service

  • Enhanced policies are implemented for everyone’s safety.

  • Team members will wear face masks, face shields and gloves

  • Each team member of our team will be screened prior to their shift

  • All manicure stations are 2 meters away

  • Extended clean up and sanitization time will be allotted after every client

  • We ask you refrain from touching the nail polish/gel bottles

  • New features will include accepting gratuity on Visa, MasterCard and Debit

  • Cash accepted

If you had standing appointments

  • We will honour the standing appointments in the next few weeks and will reach out to confirm them. *note some of your services can be affected by regulations and staffing

  • We kindly ask for your patience in getting back to you, we are experiencing a high volume of messages.

  • All metal tools washed and sanitized using medical grade disinfectant

  • Multiple sets of metal tools ensuring proper sanitization
